SINOSSI:
When one day, Simon Rosenberg, watching the news on TV, notes that we celebrate the centenary of the First World War, he painfully remembers his period in the army.
These celebrations have awakened in him the smell of burned human flesh, shredded body, cries and incessant shelling, the men who go crazy, this suffering that eats the brain and guts and prevents him from sleeping for years.
Quando un giorno, Simon Rosenberg, guardando il telegiornale, si accorge della celebrazione dei cento anni dalla Prima Guerra mondiale, ricorda con dolore il suo periodo nell’esercito.
Tutto ciò ha risvegliato in lui I ricordi dell’odore dei resti umani, dei corpi dilaniati, le urla e I pianti, gli uomini che impazzivano, tutto il dolore che porta alla follia e che gli ha tolto il sonno per anni.
